Brower Park’s Green Lawn October 2016

View of the newly seeded green lawn from the Shirley Chisholm Circle. A successful project carried out by the Central Park Conservancy’s Five Borough Team, Brooklyn NYC Parks gardeners with additional help from the Friends of Brower Park.

The Shirley Chisholm Circle was proclaimed at a Shirley Chisholm Dedication ceremony officiated by NYC Parks Commissioner Silver and attended by over 200 guests in Brower Park on June 8, 2016.
